How does it work?
We work together to create the ideal pace tailored to your needs. Generally, we take the time to work together in person on a quarterly basis, with interim working sessions to address challenges, opportunities, and reinforce strategic focus.
We use "CEO Tools" to create and maintain clarity on your annual progress strategies; to coommunicate, empower, and measure progress.
As needed, we create development workshops for your team.
During the two months between meetings, we engage virtually to refresh, refocus, and optimize the implementation of your decisions.
You have access to me via Voxer at any time for support throughout the year.
All my contracts have the same end date: we stop or change the format when you no longer derive enough value.
You will gain 10 to 20 times what you put into our conversations (that's the minimum targeted R.O.I.). It's time that should save time, not the other way around. It's your strategic time to work ON rather than IN your business.
